Going From Interview to Job Offer

Good Morning!

Last week I showed you how one of my clients secured his first interview.

One day later, he got offered the job!

The offer came through after he had another interview with a more senior director.

The funny part?

He barely needed any help preparing for the chat with the director.

Here’s what he did need help with (even if he didn’t realise it)

1. Developing a plan of which jobs to apply to

2. Building a CV which stood out

3. Making his LinkedIn look professional (but with a personal touch)

We focused on those things because he wasn’t getting any interviews.

And I’ve had clients in the past who were getting interviews, but couldn’t convert them to job offers.

That’s why I have a customised plan for each client: Because each client (and job-search) is unique.
