Feeling Unmotivated?

Good Morning Data Scientists,

Feel like you’re ‘stuck in a rut’ and unsure why you’re bothering with your job search?

I’ve also felt unmotivated the last few weeks.

But I’m feeling much better right now.

What helped?

Getting crystal clear about what you want (and why).

For example, I’m motivated by providing a good life for my family and becoming work-optional.

That’s quite high-level, but you can also go more specific.

Your goal could be to get a hybrid Data Science role earning > £60k year'.

And when you combine that with your ‘why’ (e.g., to afford one 2-week trip each year) this shit gets really powerful.

So get clear on your goals and why you want to achieve them.

Then you’ll feel motivated for your job search.
