Feeling bored of your current job?

I’ve been there.

This is what you need to do.

Experiment with projects outside of work.

At my old job, I built a fantasy football model on the side.

This lead to cool things like

• Writing my own book

• Appearing on a FPL podcast

• Playing at the Arsenal stadium

And it gave me the confidence to find my current role.

Which I’m still enjoying!

But I’ve also loved playing around with recommendation engines on the side.

These side projects often have no ‘end goal’.

But they help you understand what sort of job you’d like.
