Bored of Your Data Science Job?

Good Morning Data Scientists,

Unhappy with your 2024?

Don’t worry.

A lot can change in a short space of time.

July 2022: I was desperately unhappy with my Data Science Job in Tax.

I was so bored.

It got that bad, I thought Data Science wasn’t for me.

I thought about throwing in the towel completely.

I knew it was time to start applying for jobs.

To find a new challenge.

I applied for a job at a cool healthtech company.

However, I didn’t feel confident in my abilities to get an offer.

I specifically remember telling my friends I’d applied (on a warm Tuesday night, before 5-a-side football).

But at the same time I thought to myself, ‘I probably won’t get it’.

I decided those thoughts had to stop.

Enough was enough.

I bought coaching to develop my social skills.

I became more comfortable explaining my data science skills to strangers.

It felt so easy, the interviewers felt like friends!

So 3 months after I started my search, I got the job!

If you’re in a data science job you don’t like, you can do this too.

Need help selling yourself?

I’ve got one spot left on my mentorship program, The Confident Data Scientist.

The program helps UK and US Data Scientists find higher paying, more exciting data science jobs.

It’s for Data Scientists who already have the technical skills, but unsure how to sell themselves in their resumes, networking messages or interviews.

71% of my clients find jobs in 3 months, and the average pay increase is £19,200 (per year).

I’ve got one spot left (2 got taken last week).

If you’re interested, reply ‘Confident Data Scientist’ and I’ll shoot you the details.

God Bless,

Albert
